Order and delivery terms

The products of the Studio Eero Aarnio Shop online store are sold by a Finnish company Melaja Webstores Oy, business ID FI32532212. We sell products to adult individuals in EU. Product prices include VAT (24%). We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

Ordering

Products can be ordered from online store shop.studioeeroaarnio.com through the shopping cart.

 All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating e.g. the price of the order and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.
 

Delivery method and time

We sell products to all EU countries. The delivery time of the product is indicated on the product card. If the shipment is delayed, we will notify you by email.

Delivery cost in EU countries always 15 €

Domestic orders are freight free. If the delivery address is outside Finland, we usually send the order via GLS and the delivery fee is 15 euros. For larger products we may need to use another transportation company (this causes no extra cost for the customer). We will inform customer about the shipping method and send a tracking code when the order is ready to ship.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) co-operates with Finnish banks and global credit institutions as the payment service provider.

Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.
