Order return

Studio Eero Aarnio Shop products have a 14-day statutory right of return. During that time the product can be explored in the same way as would be possible in a physical store. The returned product must be in its original packaging and in good condition for sale. 

If you want to return your order, always contact our customer service first for return instructions.

Note! In our online store, the customer is responsible for the return costs from outside Finland, unless the reason for the return is the merchant's fault, such as a wrong product.

Products can be returned normally by a shipping company the customer chooses. Returning a large or extra large floor lamp is more expensive due to the size of the product.
